Meet the Mindstreamer – Stacie Gwiazdowski

She’s a self-proclaimed craft beer snob and loves cooking, reading and spoiling her rescue dogs. She’s also an agency veteran of 13 years, having experienced many industry changes, not only in digital technology and client business but also in her own career through several mergers and acquisitions as the landscape constantly shifts and evolves to meet consumer and business demands.

Meet Stacie Gwiazdowski, Supervisor, Multi-Location Accounts based in our St. Louis office. In her role, Stacie works directly with franchisees and business owners that represent large national brands, helping them navigate the world of digital advertising to find the best solution for their individual business goals.

What excites Stacie the most about her job? She shares, “I never have the same day twice! It keeps me on my toes—working with multiple clients in different industries allows me to see how trends in digital media impact their businesses differently.”

After obtaining a degree in Archaeology and Art History and working briefly at a museum right out of college, Stacie decided on a completely different career path in media and advertising—and hasn’t looked back. She makes a great point that while there are rapidly changing factors in the media environment, there are still the tried-and-true solutions that have withstood the test of time. “The rate at which changes occur in digital media is sometimes mind-boggling, but even with all the platforms available, there are still the standards on which we can rely and will continue to dominate. It’s nice to have a steady undercurrent even as we try new things.”

When she’s not trying new beers and breweries or showing off the tattoo of cascade hops on her arm, Stacie stays busy decorating her 1960s-era ranch house. After owning an 80+ year-old home, she is happy to use her “hoarded mid-century purchases to decorate a decade-appropriate house.”

An enormous part of what makes Mindstream Media Group successful is the collective talent and collaboration of its employees across the country. While we as an agency love to share stories about client successes, industry news and product updates on our MMG Blog, we also want to feature the actual people behind the work we are doing to grow client business.

Our recent video series, Fast-Forward the Conversation, discusses the HOW behind supporting client growth through media strategy, with topics like shopper marketing, franchise work, QSR challenges, agency partnerships and more.

We’re also now featuring a Mindstreamer (as we like to call ourselves) periodically to share their stories and celebrate the diverse people, backgrounds, interests and qualities that make us unique.
