PEORIA, Ill. – Mindstream Media, an Eastport Holdings agency, announced a second merger this week–this time with direct marketing agency, The Cooper Group, following Mindstream’s partnership with digital agency, EdgeCore.

The Cooper Group’s New York City office serves American Express, Morgan Stanley and other brands. Mindstream Media’s existing offices are located in St. Louis, Milwaukee, Peoria, San Diego, Orlando and Cedar Falls, Iowa.
